How our green service works

  • STEP 1

    Select your meals

    Choose from a pre-built weekly menu that includes well-balanced dishes or select a la carte.

    You can also include add-on dishes with the weekly menu.

    The minimum order amount for a la carte meals is $140.

  • STEP 2

    Container deposit

    The container deposit is an initial refundable deposit of $80.

    For each customer, we prepare a total of 14 containers: one set (7 containers) for the current active delivery and another set for the next delivery. Large and Medium size orders use 4 large containers and 3 Small containers per meal set. Small size orders use 7 containers per meal set.

We do not require weekly orders as this is not a subscription service. However, since the container deposit is paid along with the service, it is assumed that you will utilize our service while in possession of the container.

We kindly request that you be mindful of being in possession of a rental container from our company and utilize our service at least once a month. If you do not plan to place an order for over a month, in order to avoid shortages of containers in the kitchen or additional purchases, we ask that you temporarily return the container by requesting a pickup. Furthermore, please note that if more than 90 days have passed since your last order, regardless of whether a pickup has been arranged or not, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be returned.

  • STEP 3

    Delivery schedule and ordering cycle

    Delivery date is every Tuesday. (holidays may affect schedule).  Please check your delivery date and estimated time.

    Place your order

    When you're ready and have all your items in the cart, go to checkout. If you have any special requests, please fill in the "Order special instructions" field before check out.

    For the first-time customers:

    A) The container deposit is automatically added to your first order.

    B) You will have to create an account to finish the checkout.

  • STEP 5

    Receive your delivery

    On delivery, we collect the cleaned containers from the previous delivery. Please wash the container and keep the body and the lid separate as shown on the picture. We will sanitize them again with our industrial dishwasher.

    Note: A container fee may be applied for containers not returned. We will count the containers returned matching with your account history. If there is no response to texts or calls from the delivery person at the time of delivery, and there is a situation where delivery cannot be made due to absence, we will leave the package in the most suitable place under the circumstances at our discretion.

  • STEP 6

    Service termination & final container pick-up

    Considering the driver and delivery staff’s cost, a $10 pick up fee and depending on the area, additional $10 long distance fee will be deducted from your refund. If the last order placed is 90 days and before, there will be possibility we will not accept the pick up, or there will be a late charge.

    Note: this is to avoid collecting potentially deteriorated containers that were reused for personal purpose.

Meal Order Cancellation Policy

A) Orders cannot be canceled on or after the Wednesday order closing date. Please consider that procedures such as preordering ingredients for the meal you ordered have already been completed.

B) In the case of cancellation by the order closing date on Wednesday, if it is convenient for the customer, we can do the following.

1. Postpone the delivery date

2. Issue a promo code that can be used as credit next time (expire in 30 days)
