We are planning a "Symbiotic Team Work Program" for next summer.
We want to involve a neurotypical high school student into our kitchen. Teach the students how to work together, I am still learning and brainstorming what kind of dynamic it should be, but I have some time to organize it. Having two students right now, it is first a good start to study their dynamics.
At the end of the program the neurotypical high school student will need to write an essay about his or her experience. This essay is for the student to use it for their college application. I am not sure if the Cooke intern should also write an essay for their experience, depending on their academic levels, this might also be an option.
